Naomi Pressman

Naomi Pressman is a research program manager at the Center for Pediatric Clinical Effectiveness (CPCE) and PolicyLab and in the Craig Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Naomi currently supports Dr. Sarah Wood’s research on improving access to sexual health services and prevention of HIV and STIs in adolescents.

Prior to joining CPCE and PolicyLab, Naomi was a member of CHOP’s Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Center, researching dietary interventions and complementary and alternative medicine interventions for patients with IBD, and the correlation of viral exposures with increases in IBD symptoms. In addition, Naomi’s previous work includes facilitating research on infant feeding and early growth and development at Philadelphia’s Monell Chemical Senses Center.

Before her career in clinical research, Naomi was a professional dancer and Pilates instructor. She subsequently earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition at Drexel University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Stony Brook University Hospital.
